At Progressive Construction, we pride ourselves on client satisfaction. We consistently deliver quality projects through carefully planned project management and client input.
Unlike some builders who want to just show up on day 1 and get going; we like to be involved right from the early stages of planning a project. This allows us to clearly identify your desires and get on the same page before things get underway. We do our best to ensure every project we take on is an enjoyable experience for for everyone involved and that each project is completed on time and on budget .
Where it all began
Progressive Construction began with Peter Moran completing his apprenticeship in the Hibiscus Coast area, and like many young builders eventually going out on his own. It became more of a family business some years later when Peter’s eldest son Jayden joined him after finishing his schooling, and Peter’s wife Sheryl took the helm of the admin side of things. Fast forward just a couple more years and second son, Ryan also joined the team. The boys completed their apprenticeships under their father’s watchful eye, and years later they all continue to work together as fully qualified and thoroughly experienced licensed building practitioners.
Our Team
Peter Moran
The original builder in the team, Peter enjoys keeping boys on their toes, overseeing projects, and continues to pass on his extensive knowledge to the team.
Sheryl Moran
Sheryl is involved in a wide range of admin and is a crucial part of the cog, ensuring it all runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Jayden Moran
Jayden often takes the lead on the contractual side of the projects. He also ensures that budgets are met, time-frames are upheld, and that strong, clear client communications are maintained throughout.
Ryan Moran
Ryan takes on project management responsibilities ensuring things run smoothly on-site from day 1, through to hand-over. Along with this he also takes care of our advertising and the marketing
